Welcome to Axiomis Technologies ("Axiomis", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, registering for internships or training programs, submitting applications, downloading certificates, or using any services provided through axiomis.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of our services.
Definitions
"Platform" means the website, student portal, mobile applications, learning management system, and services operated by Axiomis Technologies.
"Participant" means any student, intern, trainee, mentor, applicant, or user accessing our services.
"Content" includes documents, videos, projects, code, certificates, assignments, and educational materials.
Eligibility & User Responsibilities
Our internship and training programs are intended for students, graduates, and professionals seeking practical learning and industry exposure.
User Responsibilities: Participants must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, must not share login credentials with others, and must use our services in a responsible and lawful manner.
Internship Participation & Account Suspension
Participants are expected to engage professionally throughout their program. This includes meeting project deadlines, submitting original deliverables, and adhering to guidelines.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts or participation in cases of misconduct, providing false/fake identity, maintaining multiple fake accounts, payment fraud, abusive or harassing behavior, impersonation, or other fraudulent and unlawful activities.
Termination by User: Users can stop using the platform and deactivate their account at any time, but this does not automatically entitle them to a refund of any paid fees or erase any existing financial or administrative obligations.
Academic Integrity and Original Work
All assignments, projects, assessments, reports, and code submissions must be the participant's own original work.
AI Usage: Generative AI tools may be used as learning aids where permitted. Participants remain solely responsible for the originality, correctness, and understanding of all submitted work.
Plagiarism, falsification of records, or academic dishonesty will result in warnings, suspension, termination, withholding of certificates, or revocation of issued credentials.
Digital Content License & Restrictions
Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view proprietary learning materials. You may not reproduce, record (including screen recording), download, mirror, redistribute (including torrent uploads and Telegram redistribution), sell, sublicense, or publicly share any proprietary learning materials without prior written permission.
Certificates, Evaluation Reports, and Verification
Certificates and evaluation reports are issued to participants satisfying the completion criteria. Certificate issuance timelines may vary depending on completion verification, assessment reviews, and administrative processing.
All certificates may include QR codes, digital signatures, unique identifiers, blockchain verification (where applicable), or other authentication mechanisms.
Axiomis Technologies reserves the right to revoke or invalidate any credential if information was fraudulent, misleading, or associated with a violation of these Terms. Certificates revoked due to fraud or misconduct may continue to appear in the verification portal as "Revoked" or "Invalid" to preserve the integrity of the verification system.
Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Program fees are charged for educational services, mentorship, platform access, administration, and assessments. Access to paid services may be suspended until payment has been successfully completed.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, fees paid are non-refundable once a program has commenced or resources have been allocated.
Third-Party Services
Certain services may rely on third-party platforms (including Supabase, Razorpay, YouTube, Google Drive, Cloudflare, and GitHub). Axiomis Technologies is not responsible for the availability, security, policies, or actions of such third-party services.
Disclaimers & Technical Issues
Career Disclaimer: Participation in any program does not guarantee employment, placements, interviews, internships with third-party organizations, academic credit, or professional certification beyond those explicitly issued by Axiomis.
Technical Issues: Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, internet failures, hosting providers, or third-party services do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Force Majeure
Axiomis Technologies shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyber attacks, government restrictions, labor disputes, pandemics, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiomis Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Email Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive service-related communications including enrollment confirmations, payment receipts, certificates, internship updates, password resets, and important administrative notices.
Data Protection
Personal information collected under our services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Services and Terms
Axiomis Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update any service or portion of these Terms where permitted by applicable law and where reasonably practicable. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability & Entire Agreement
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy (if applicable), and any other policies published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axiomis Technologies.
Electronic Acceptance
By registering, clicking "I Agree," or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions electronically.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith discussions. Failing such resolution, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
